What can I do in the client portal?
All existing Nadler Insurance clients can view their policies, access policy documents, and submit change requests through the portal. Commercial lines clients can also request certificates of insurance (COIs) directly.
Can I request a certificate of insurance through the portal?
Yes — if you're a commercial lines client, you can request certificates of insurance directly through the CSR24 portal. You can also request a certificate by emailing CL@NadlerInsurance.com or by asking Phillip, our AI assistant, right here on the site.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The CSR24 portal is available as a mobile app on both iOS and Android. Search for "CSR24" in the App Store or Google Play to download it.
