Nadler Insurance — Since 1927

How We're Compensated

Transparency is part of how we do business. Here's how Nadler Insurance earns revenue as an independent brokerage — and why it works in your favor.

Standard (Admitted) Markets

For most personal and commercial policies, we're compensated through commissions paid by the insurance carriers we represent. These commissions are built into the premium — your rate is the same whether you purchase through us or go directly to the carrier. There is no additional cost to you.

Surplus Lines (E&S)

For specialty or hard-to-place risks placed through excess & surplus lines carriers, a broker fee may apply in addition to or in place of standard commissions. If a broker fee applies to your policy, we will always disclose the amount in writing before binding coverage.

How Commissions Work

Insurance carriers pay brokers a percentage of the premium as compensation for placing and servicing the policy. This is an industry-standard arrangement — the carrier pays the agency, not the client. Your premium reflects the cost of your coverage, not a markup for our services.

Our Independence Is Your Advantage

Because we're an independent brokerage — not a captive agent for any single company — we shop your coverage across a panel of 10+ carriers. We're not incentivized to steer you toward any particular carrier. Our advice is based on finding the right fit for your needs and budget, period.

Errors & Omissions Coverage

Nadler Insurance carries Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, providing an additional layer of protection for our clients. This professional liability coverage is maintained as part of our commitment to operating with the highest standards of care.

Our Transparency Commitment

If a broker fee applies to your policy, we will disclose the amount in writing before binding coverage. No surprises, no hidden charges. If you ever have questions about how we're compensated on a specific policy, just ask — we're happy to walk you through it.
