We collect the information you choose to provide through the forms and features on our site. Depending on what you use, this may include: your name, email address, and phone number; the type of insurance you're interested in and an optional message; appointment details when you request a meeting; business details (such as business name, industry, or property/operation information) on our commercial and referral forms; your resume and application details if you apply for a job; and the messages you send to our "Ask Phillip" chat assistant. We do not ask for or store policy numbers, Social Security numbers, bank information, or insurance login credentials anywhere on this site.
2. How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and connect you with a member of our team, to schedule meetings you request, to send you any guide or resource you ask us to deliver, to evaluate job applications, and to operate and improve our website. We do not use your information for third-party advertising or sell it to lead brokers.
3. Service providers we use
We rely on a small set of trusted service providers that process data on our behalf so the website can function: Notion (stores the form submissions and chat logs we use to follow up with you), Resend (delivers the notification emails our team receives), Vercel (hosts the website and provides aggregate, privacy-focused traffic analytics), and Google (Google Analytics for site usage measurement and reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect our forms from spam and abuse). Each processes information only to provide its service to us, under its own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your information to any of them.
4. Salt Insure
If you use the "Share Your Dec Page" or "questionnaire" options to start a quote, that information is collected directly by Salt Insure (insuranceform.app), a third-party intake service. Salt Insure operates under its own privacy policy, which you can review on their website. We do not receive or store your insurance login credentials or account passwords at any point, and we do not store policy data on this website.
5. Who we share it with
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or sales purposes, and we do not sell your data. The only parties who receive your information are the service providers described above (acting on our behalf) and the members of our own team who follow up with you.
6. How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you, provide the service you requested, and meet our legitimate business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided to us. To make a request, email us at zach@nadlerinsurance.com and we will respond promptly.
8. California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may also decline analytics cookies at any time using the cookie banner on our site.
9. Cookies & analytics
We use analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are most popular. Analytics cookies are governed by your choice in the cookie banner: until you accept, analytics storage is set to "denied" and no analytics cookies are written.
