It started in 1927.
Great-grandfather Phillip Nadler opened the doors of Nadler Insurance in the San Francisco Bay Area at a time when insurance was still a largely personal business. He believed that the right coverage wasn't something you just bought — it was something you earned by understanding your neighbor's life. That philosophy became the foundation everything else was built on.
The second generation.
Grandfather Alvin picked up where Phillip left off, growing the agency quietly and steadily. He kept the relationships tight, the advice honest, and the overhead low. Under his guidance, Nadler Insurance became a trusted name in the communities it served — not because of advertising, but because of word of mouth.
Paul builds the foundation.
Paul Nadler ran the agency for over 40 years. During that time, he built relationships with carriers, deepened the agency's expertise in both personal and commercial lines, and turned Nadler Insurance into one of the most respected independent brokerages on the Peninsula. Paul's approach was simple: know your clients better than anyone else, and never stop working to earn their trust.
Enter Zach — the fourth generation.
Zach joined the agency about 15 years ago, bringing a fresh perspective on technology, digital strategy, and growth — while making sure the personal touch that Nadler Insurance was built on never got lost in the process. He works alongside Paul to carry the agency into its next chapter: one where clients can get the same great service and advice, just faster and more conveniently.
