What information do I need to get a business insurance quote?
Your business name and entity type, the premises address, a short description of what the business does, rough annual gross receipts and payroll, employee counts, and whether you have coverage in place now or any claims in the last five years. Estimates are fine — an account manager will confirm the details with you.
How long does a commercial insurance quote take?
Nadler Insurance reviews every commercial submission within one business day. Simple risks can often be quoted in a few days; larger or specialty risks that go to multiple carriers or the E&S market can take one to two weeks.
Why do you ask for my FEIN?
Carriers use the Federal Employer Identification Number to identify the business and pull its loss history. It is optional on this form; your account manager can collect it later if you prefer.
Does submitting this form bind coverage?
No. Submitting the form starts the quoting process. Coverage is only bound after you review a proposal with a licensed Nadler Insurance agent and accept it in writing.
