Bodily Injury
Definition
Physical harm, sickness, or disease sustained by a person, including death resulting from any of these. Bodily injury liability coverage pays for injuries you cause to others.
In Zach’s Words
“If you accidentally hurt someone — a car accident, someone slips at your business, your dog bites the mailman — bodily injury coverage is what pays for their medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. It's protecting your wallet when someone else gets hurt because of you.”
